For me this was a special occasion and the hotel did not dissapoint. The staff were amazing, I had informed a couple of people of the reason for staying and from that moment onwards they went over and above to make the stay as comfortable and special as possible.
In particular Zuzanna at the front desk was amazing and very helpful and again went the extra mile to look after me. Thanks you Zuzanna
Restaurant was great and the location for Oxford is perfect for exploring the city
The spa was eqyually impressive and the people make it
The only slight issue was that the hotel weas going through some renervations at the front and there was little disruption which overall was not a big issue.

Wonderful location and perfect atmosphere for a truly Oxford/British experience. Room comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed it immensely. Excellent staff service all around. Concierge corps top of the line, always willing to help with information and guidance about traveling and touring around the city.
Elevators overheated and stopped working on warm days, those unable to handle stairs might be cautious with midsummer dates

We celebrated 45 years of marriage when we returned to the Randolph where we spent the first night of our marriage. The hotel was evrything one could expect of a 5 star hotel. The room was excellent, the food of a very high standard and the staff were a mix of superb efficiency and polite friendliness. It was expensive but no more than one would expect of a top class hotel. Altogether a wonderful three night visit that we thoroughly enjoyed.
very little....maybe the car parking could be a little less expensive....it was London pricing.
